I tried using the promo code at checkout, but it just wouldn’t go through for some reason. Not sure if I missed something or if it was expired, but it was a little frustrating

My order was messed up. I specifically picked a case that was mostly chicken bone broth, but when it arrived there was a bunch of beef in there and even a flavor I never chose. The packing slip didn’t match what was actually in the box either, which made the whole thing even more confusing.
I emailed support and it took a few days to get a response. What annoyed me most was that I kept getting inconsistent answers about what happened and what they could do to fix it. They offered a small solution, but I’m still stuck with stuff I don’t really want. For what it costs, I expected better.

I was hoping this would be an easy dinner option, but it ended up taking way more prep than I expected. I feel like I’ve had to explain this more than once, but when something is marketed as quick, I really don’t want to spend half my evening getting everything ready

I tried to return my order, and the refund just took forever to go through. Customer support kept giving me vague answers, which made the whole thing even more frustrating. I’m just not planning to order from them again

I really wanted to like this, but the flavor was just off. It tasted kind of weird and sour to me, and even after trying to fix it with salt and a few other things, that odd aftertaste was still there. It made me question the quality a bit, so I don’t think I’d trust buying it again.

I really wanted to be into this Kettle & Fire thing, but the price is kind of ridiculous for what you get. The broth is fine, not bad, not life-changing, just broth. Once you add shipping, it feels even harder to justify when I can grab something decent at the store for less. For me, the whole pricey little broth situation just isn’t worth it.

The shipping was just way too slow. It felt like it took forever just to get sent out, and that’s frustrating. If this keeps happening, I’ll probably start ordering from somewhere else

The box showed up beat up and the seal didn’t feel very secure, and when I opened it up a few of the cartons were dented too, so it just wasn’t what I was expecting.

I was hoping this would have a bit more protein, especially for the price. Compared to a lot of similar options other people seem to grab, the nutrition just feels kind of underwhelming to me.

They just felt kind of cheap to me, like something you’d find in a bargain snack, a low-end boxed mix, a random convenience store item, or one of those products that looks nicer on the outside than it actually is. I was expecting better quality, but it gave me more of a filler-heavy, cut-corners, not-very-carefully-made vibe. For the price, I really wanted to be impressed, and I just wasn’t.

The aroma was just too much for me.

Then I tried using it in soup, thinking maybe the other ingredients would balance it out, but it still tasted like I had accidentally added extra salt on top of already salty broth. I could barely pick up any other flavor because the saltiness kind of took over everything. For the price, I was expecting something a lot more balanced and usable. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t buy it again.

I picked this up hoping it would work with my low sodium/keto routine, but once again I ended up running into the same problem: the nutrition details weren’t as clear as they should’ve been. A couple flavors had more carbs and salt than I expected, and trying to compare the labels was kind of a headache.

It might be totally fine for someone who isn’t watching that stuff so closely, but for me it didn’t really fit. I’m just tired of finding out after the fact, and I wish the site made the diet info easier to see before checkout

I tried placing an order on kettleandfire.com and just gave up after a while. The pages were dragging, the menu kept getting in the way, and it felt like I had to tap through way too much just to find simple information.

The checkout part wasn’t much better. Maybe it’s fine on a computer, but based on my experience on my phone, I’d guess their mobile site is just not that easy to use.

I gave this a try for a few weeks because I was hoping it might help with my gut and give me a bit more energy, but i felt pretty much the same. The taste was just okay, nothing super great. For how much it costs, I really expected more. I won’t be buying it again

I was disappointed with these!!! The boxes started swelling up in my pantry before the expiration date, so I didn’t feel comfortable using them and ended up tossing them out!!! Such a waste of money!!!
